A stop shall be applied at one end of the curve torestrain one end or edge of the gypsum board duringinstallation. Pressure shall be applied to theunrestrained end or edge of the gypsum board forcingthe field of the gypsum board into firm contact with theframing. Gypsum board shall be fastened by workingfrom the "stopped" end or edge. The gypsum boardshall be held tightly against the framing while fastenersare being driven.
